Corporation Tax

Once the Year End Accounts are finished we will file your Corporation Tax return.

You won't need to wait 9 months to know what you owe HMRC, we will keep you apprised monthly on how much you need to save, reducing your stress levels.

VAT

With VAT, Value Added Tax and Making Tax Digital, you have to report your VAT quarterly.

With Xero we can manage this seamlessly and ensure the VAT man is Happy.

Remember VAT income is not yours, you are just a tax collector.

PAYE and National Insurance

Weekly/Monthly payrolls will incur employee National Insurance on your behalf along with collecting Employee PAYE. and National Insurance.

We will set up a process that makes this painless and ensure tax compliance.

Pension

All eligible employees have to now pay into a pension scheme and you have to pay 3% too! (a stealth business tax)

We will manage the employee's contributions and communications with the Pension companies and the Pension Regulator.

For you as a Director, we can advise you on looking at your own Pension via the company for Tax Efficiency reasons.

Research and Development

R&D is the good tax, well not really a tax, a rebate on the investment you have made in your business.

If applicable we can claim tax relief and get you a cash refund from HMRC which you can use to offset your tax bill.

Dividends

We have efficiently managed the money you take out of your business, however there is Dividend Tax to pay.

We will keep you updated on how much you need to save personally to ensure your Self-Assessment return is not a SHOCK!

CIS

The Construction Industry Scheme Tax requires monthly returns to HMRC for tax on your subbies and your invoices. We file these and then make sure any CIS suffered due back is claimed annually.

If Self-Employed we will get your CIS suffered back from HMRC as fast as possible, even in April!
